South Africa beat India inside four days

The Indian cricket team's number one test match ranking is under threat after their first test loss to South Africa in Nagpur.

Despite a 46th test century from Sachin Tendulkar, India were all out in their second innings for 319, giving South Africa victory by an innings and six runs with a day to spare.

Fast bowler Dale Steyn took the last wicket, giving him 10 for the match.

It was India's first test loss on home soil for two years, and as it's a 2-match series, South Africa are well placed to regain the number one ranking they lost to India in December.
