New Zealand golfer Lydia Ko is in the hunt for her third successive major after an even par opening round at the LPGA Championship in Washington.
Ko is in a tie for 10th, four shots behind Canadian teenager Brooke Henderson.
The 19-year-old world number one mixed two bogeys with two birdies and 14 pars in her round of 71.
Meanwhile Tim Wilkinson is in a tie for 26th at the St. Jude Classic on the PGA Tour after an opening round of one under.
