Rio 2016 Paralympics - Swimmer Sophie Pascoe has won gold with a world record time in the women's 200 metre Individual Medley SM10 event at Rio.
She swam a time of 2.24.90 minutes, beating her own world record by over half a second and defending the Olympic title from London four years ago.
Pascoe finished almost six seconds ahead of the silver medal winner Aurelie Rivard of Canada.
Hungary's Bianka Pap came third.
It's Pascoe's third medal of the Rio Paralympics, adding to the gold she won in the 100m backstroke on Sunday and the silver in 50m freestyle on Saturday.
She has another two events to compete in, and will go into those races as the defending Olympic champion.
Earlier in the day, the track cycling tandem pairing of Emma Foy and her pilot Laura Thompson won a silver medal in the women's B 3000 metres Individual Pursuit
Great Britain won the gold, while New Zealand's newest tandem pairing of Amanda Cameron and Hannah van Kampen finished fourth.
Foy, who only entered the sport of Para-Cycling just over three years ago, was joined by sighted pilot Thompson who brings extensive Paralympic Games experience after winning the trifecta of medals at London 2012.
Meanwhile in the athletics, Anna Grimaldi finished fourth in the women's 100 metres T47 sprint.
She ran a time of 12.96, missing put on the podium by just 0.12 seconds.
Grimaldi, who won gold in the T47 long jump event on Friday, will also compete in the 200 metres later in the week.
New Zealand are currently 10th on the medal table with four gold, threee silver and two bronze.
