Aussies to make decision on IPL today

Australia's IPL players are set to meet the Australian Cricketers' Association in Sydney today as concerns grow over player security at next month's event.

The meeting is expected to have a major bearing on what other players, including those from New Zealand will do.

Players' unions have reportedly been told by security adviser Reg Dickason that the terrorist threat from the 313 Brigade, Al-Qaeda's operational arm in Pakistan, is credible and security cannot be guaranteed in India.

Last year's IPL was shifted to South Africa.
