New South Wales Police have confirmed a police operation is underway as part of its investigation into the Parramatta Eels salary cap breaches.
Police are searching the businesses of four player agents in Sydney's CBD, Woollahra and Leichardt.
Earlier this year, the NRL club was fined $1 million and docked 12 competition points for the salary cap breaches.
The search is part of an investigation by Strike Force Rhodium, run by the State Crime Command's Fraud and Cyber Crime Squad.
The police said no arrests were expected at this stage.
