The Counties loose forward, Sharnita Woodman, joins a squad stacked with experience - a total 284 caps - for the three match tour.

Sharnita has previously played in the Kiwi Ferns alongside her twin sister Shontelle and was part of the Black Ferns squad that played Australia in October.

Prop Sosoli Talawadua and first-five Kiri Demant are the only new names to be added to the team since two Test wins over Australia.

The squad of 27 play England in London, and Canada then Ireland in Dublin.

Head Coach Glenn Moore said the series was a chance for to see how players cope with the unique pressures of touring.

"Making the Black Ferns squad for the World Cup next year is everyone's goal, so getting some game time against some tough opposition will be hugely valuable," he said.

"There is no doubt England, Canada and Ireland will be fired up - it's going to be a fantastic few weeks of women's rugby."
