The Queensland and Wallaby back Digby Ioane has been left out of the Reds squad for Friday night's Super 14 rugby clash against the Chiefs in Hamilton.
Ioane has a knee injury ando head coach Ewen McKenzie says it's been decided not to gamble on the wing's fitness.
McKenzie will name an all new back three with fullback Peter Hynes and wing Rod Davies already out with a disclocated finger and a broken cheek bone respectively.
In other changes from the squad for the Blues match the reserve backs Tim Walsh and Richard Kingi are also out injured.
The replacements Blair Connor, Ben Lucas, Luke Morahan, Brando Va'aulu and Reds Academy back Ben Tapuai.
