A unbeaten century from Shelley Nitschke has lead the Australian women cricketers to a 6 wicket victory over the White Ferns in their Rose Bowl one-dayer in Invercargill.

The New Zealanders made 255 for 8, Amy Satterthwaite getting 81 off 96 balls.

The Southern Stars comfortably reached 256 in the 48th over, Nitschke finishing on 113.

The New Zealanders won the two Twenty/20 Rose Bowl matches, and the Australians have now won two of the three three one-day games.

The third one-dayer, to decide the series, will be at Queens Park in Invercargill tomorrow.
