The Black Ferns Sevens will meet Russia in Sunday's quarterfinals of the USA Sevens after sweeping their pool in Las Vegas.
New Zealand defeated Brazil 24-0, England 25-5 and world champions Australia 21-14.
"Pretty tough on the bodies out there on that turf," observed Black Ferns Sevens coach Allan Bunting of the artificial surface at Sam Boyd stadium.
"But the girls have come through well and in the last game just showed some real heart so it was great to see."
New Zeland player Portia Woodman was delighted to emerge form the "pool of death" unbeaten.
"That's what happens when you get Australia and New Zealand getting third and fourth in the last tournament, so to come out three from three, we're really stoked."
