Hundreds of professional mountain-bike riders are in Rotorua to take part in the Enduro World Series.

The Crankworx festival has started this weekend and brings the best riders from around the world together to compete in endurance races and stunt events.
The event runs for nine days and is expected to attract more than 15,000 people to the city.
Crankworx Rotorua organiser Tak Mutu said the course through the Whakarewarewa Forest trails would see competitors ride up to 60km a day, at up to 2000m of elevation.
"It's looking like we're going to have more pro mountain bikers at year's Crankworx Rotorua than any other event in thte world. And that says something I think for the town and the atmosphere and sort of people and community that we have here, that's for sure."
After the Rotorua stop, riders will then move on to competitions in France, Austria and Canada.
