The former All Black Ali Williams has been fined for a second time for cocaine possession and had his contract iwth French club Racing 92 terminated.
Earlier this month Williams,35, was fined $2300 by French club after he was arrested buying cocaine outside a Paris nightclub along with former Australian international James O'Connor.

The LNR, which runs the Top 14 French club competition, has imposed a second $2300 fine and ordered Williams to undertake a drug programme.
Williams has already issued a public apology on social media.
