The British golf star Laura Davies is the outright leader going into the second round of the Australian Open at the Commonwealth club in Melbourne.
Davies, the winner of the NZ Open two weeks ago, posted a 5-under par 68 yesterday to lead by two shots.
The leading New Zealanders Cathryn Bristow and Sarah Nicholson had rounds of 75 and 76 respectively.
