The win puts an end to the Magic's three loss streak - goal keep Kelly Jury nabbed six intercepts and six deflections to shut down the Tactix attack.

The game started on an equal foot with the first quarter ending at 14-all, but the Magic gradually pulled away to a nine goal lead at half-time.

The Tactix injected goal attack Brooke Leaver who made sure her team were goal for goal with the Magic until the last two minutes of the third quarter.

But the home side were to strong, ending the game in dominant fashion- the loss leaves the Tactix at the bottom of the table with just a single point.
