The All Whites have been beaten one-nil by Northern Ireland in their international football friendly in Belfast this morning.
Northern Ireland's striker, Liam Boyce, found the back of the net in the sixth minute after some fancy footwork fooled New Zealand's defenders.
Three minutes later, the hosts could have doubled their advantage. Marinovic, who only arrived into camp from Germany the day before the game, made a good save low to his left from Josh Magennis after superb build-up work from the hosts with Boyce threading a well-placed ball into the box.
The All Whites have two more friendlies before the Confederations Cup in Russia later this month.
