Citing Commissioner Scott Nowland of Australia has cited O'Brien under law 10.4 (a) for allegedly striking All Blacks winger Waisake Naholo with a swinging arm.

The Citing Commissioner said the incident, in the 19th minute of the second half, is deemed to have met the threshold for a red card.

A judicial panel will hear the case tonight (8pm)

Video replays showed O'Brien's forearm striking the jaw of Naholo as he fell to the ground.

Naholo left the field and did not return after failing an initial test.

However he passed a concussion test later in the night and today is reported as being fine by All Blacks management.

The Lions won the Test 24-21 to level the series at 1-all.

The deciding Test is in Auckland next weekend.
