Australian Nick Kyrgios has surged into the last four at the Cincinnati Open with a dominant win over Rafael Nadal on Friday.
Kyrgios charged out of the blocks in the first set and never lost pace during the 6-2 7-5 victory.
Unseeded Kyrgios broke Nadal's serve in the opening game of the match and broke again en route to taking the first set in just 25 minutes.
He will next play David Ferrer while American John Isner takes on Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov on the other semi-final.
Meanwhile, New Zealander Michael Venus and his partner American Ryan Harrison will also be in semi-final action at Cincinnatti.
They will play the French pairing of Perre-Hughes Herbert and Nicolas Mahut on Sunday morning NZT.
