The New Zealand golfer Lydia Ko has climbed to a share of fourth at the year's final women's major, the Evian Championship in France.

Ko carded a second consecutive three under par 68 to move to six under for the tournament, three shots off the leader, Thailand's Moriya Jutanugarn.

The final round is tonight after rain and strong winds forced the organisers to abandon the first round, and reduce the tournament to 54 holes.

Ko is chasing her first tournament win in over a year, and is coming off a second-place finish at the Indy Women in Tech Championship last weekend.
