World and Olympic champion Valerie Vili has won her 10th straight national shot put title.
Vili threw 19.6 metres, well below her best, to win the title at QE2 Stadium in Christchurch.
Vili says her aim was to win again and so her distance wasn't of too much concern.
Decathlete Brent Newdick has won the 100 metre hurdles and the long jump.
