The Indian Cricket Board has spelled out its accusations against the maverick impresario Lalit Modi, the man responsible for setting up the hugely popular multi-billion dollar Indian Premier League.
The BCCI alleges Modi has been involved in franchise bid rigging, broadcasting rights irregularities, and it's concerned about documents missing from the IPL office which tax officials have been asking for.
An interim IPL chairman has been appointed and Modi, who vigorously denies all allegations of wrongdoing, has been given 15 days to reply to the Board.
