The All Whites coach Ricki Herbert has warned his players of what is expected from them over the next week at their camp in Auckland.
Herbert has got 15 players going through their paces. He'll name his 23-man World Cup squad in about two weeks and says there are about five places still up for grabs.
Herbert says it's a dog-eat-dog situation and he wants his players to respond.
The 23-man World Cup squad will get together for the first time on the 19th of May to prepare for their friendly with Australia in Melbourne.
