At the halfway stage of golf's unofficial fifth major tournament, the Players Championship in Florida, England's Lee Westwood leads by a shot from Japan's Ryuji Imada.
Westwood's 12 under par after a sizzling seven under 65 at Sawgrass while the US world number one Tiger Woods shot a one under 71 for a share of 46th.
Last year's champion Phil Mickelson recovered to make the cut after a 71 but last week's Quail Hollow title winner, Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy, missed the cut set at 1 under after an even par 72.
