The England defender Rio Ferdinand says star striker Wayne Rooney won't let England down with a show of ill discipline at the football World Cup in South Africa.
Rooney was furious with the referee in England's final warm up match against club side Platinum Stars on Monday receiving a yellow card for dissent.
But his Machester United and England teammate Ferdinand says there won't be a repeat of Germany four years ago, where Rooney was sent off in the quarterfinal with Portugal as England went out on penalties.
