The New Zealander Kris Gemmell has finished second at the world's richest triathlon in Des Moines Iowa.
Gemmell was 4 seconds behind winner Tim Don of Great Britain, while Bevan Docherty was 4th and Clarke Ellise 10th.
Andrea Hewitt was 5th in the women's race which was won by Australian Emma Snwsill.
Nicky Samuels was 8th.
