The Italian Edoardo Molinari has scored a breakthrough win on the European golf tour, with a 3-stroke victory over Northern Ireland's Darren Clarke at the Scottish Open in Loch Lomond.
Clarke's second place finish gets him into this week's British Open Chjampionship at St. Andrews.
New Zealand's Mark Brown tied for 45th after a closing round of 79 in very difficult conditions.
