Cricket - The Black Caps batsman Ross Taylor has become New Zealand's leading run scorer in one day international cricket.
In reaching 51 in the third and final one day cricket international against Bangladesh in Dunedin this afternoon surpassed former Black Caps skipper Stephen Fleming in top spot.

Fleming scored 8007 runs from 279 matches while Taylor has passed that mark in his 218th.
Taylor has scored 20 ODI centuries compared to Flemming's 17 centuries.

Naholo and Smith back in Highlanders starting line-up
Rugby - Backline stars Waisake Naholo and Aaron Smith are among four All Blacks promoted into the Highlanders starting team to play the Queensland Reds in Dunedin on Friday.
Winger Naholo will make his first appearance of the year while halfback Smith is promoted from the bench.
There are five starting changes in total for the Highlanders, including a starting upgrade for flankers Shannon Frizell and Dillon Hunt, who both made Test debuts last year.
It is the first match for the Reds who had an opening round bye.

Adesanya gets crack at UFC interim middleweight title
The New Zealand UFC middleweight fighter Israel Adesanya will face American Kelvin Gastelum for the interim middleweight title in April.
The New Zealand-born fighter Robert Whittaker, the current champion, was unable to defend the belt against Gastelum at UFC 234, after needing emergency surgery for an abdominal hernia.
The winner of the Adesanya-Gastelum bout will then fight Whittaker when he's back to full health for the championship title.
A venue for the fight is to be confirmed.

Fox Mexico-bound
After a breakthrough European tour win New Zealand golfer Ryan Fox has received a late call up to the Mexico Championship which is part of the lucrative World Golf Championship circuit.
Having initially planned a week off before next week's New Zealand Open Fox is now heading to Mexico City, after gaining a place in the field following the withdrawal of Andrew Putnam.

The WGC-Mexico Championship has $14.5 million prize pool and starts on Friday morning.
Fox won the World Super 6 tournament in Perth on Sunday night which has lifted him to 66 in the world.
The 72-strong Mexico field includes Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth and Phil Mickelson.
The event will also offer Fox vital world ranking points ahead of the 2019 major championships where the top 50 players in the world gain automatic entry.
Liverpool and Barcelona held to draws in Champions League
Bayern Munich have held Liverpool to a 0-0 draw at Anfield while Barcelona and Olympique Lyonnais have also finished with scoring in Champions League last 16 first legs.
Liverpool shaded the first half but Bayern looked dangerous with Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman on the counter.
In France Lyon, came closest in a frantic first half, with Martin Terrier's effort tipped onto the bar by Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
