NZ complement back to three for Irish Open

The Wellington golfer Mark Brown will be trying to follow up his tie for 4th at last week's Scandinavian Masters when he leads the New Zealand challenge at the Irish Open starting tonight at the Killarney Golf and Fishing Club.

Danny Lee is back in Europe for the event after playing the Canadian Open last week, and Michael Campbell is perservering after not even completing two rounds last week in Stockholm.

The favourite and top ranked player in the field is the 21 year old world number eight Rory McIlroy, playing his first event since his rollercoaster third placing at the British Open.
