New Zealand showjumpers have retained the Trans Tasman Young Rider Shield at a competition in Australia.
The team of four went into the final round yesterday on an equal footing with a team from Queensland, but won after three of the team dropped only one rail between them.
The New Zealand team also won the shield in Dannevirke over Easter which means it's now held onto it for two years.
