The former New Zealand cricket captain Stephen Fleming will play only a limited part in Wellington provincial campaign this season.
Fleming, who's 35, will only play in the 20-20 competition after previously indicating he was interested in the possiblity of leading the side in the one day campaign too.
He will however continue to play in the IPL tournament and returns their in December with two years left to run on his contract.
