Henry dismisses former All Blacks skipper's comments

The All Blacks coach Graham Henry is rubbishing comments by former captain Sean Fitzpatrick that he's not picking his strongest side often enough.

Fitzpatrick believes too many selections are based on developing players rather than fielding the best possible team.

But just a couple of days out from taking on Six Nations champions Wales at Millenium Stadium in Cardiff - the site of their ill-fated world cup quarterfinal last year - Henry says that criticism is far from fair.

He says the number of Tests the All Blacks play these days is almost double that of Fitzpatrick's time and of the two of the three Tests the All Blacks have played in their current tour he's picked his best line-up and also done that for this weekend's Test against Wales.
