Black caps face 2 days of batting

The New Zealand cricketers face the prospects of 2 days of batting to save the second test against Australia in Adelaide.

Australia made 535 in their first innings and the Black Caps finished the third day at 35 without loss, still trailling by 230 runs.

Wicketkeeper Brad Haddin scored his maiden test century, making 169, while Michael Clarke made 110..... Iain O'Brien finished with 3 for 111, while Chris Martin , Dan Vettori and Aaron Redmond took 2 wickets each.

Redmond will resume today on 15 and Jamie How on 13.
