The Australia rugby league coach Tim Sheens doesn't believe Petero Civoniceva has played his final Test despite the veteran prop volunteering to be cut from the interchange bench for Saturday night's Four Nations final in Brisbane.
Sheens says the decision was made slightly easier after the 34-year-old told him he did not think he was playing well enough.
However Sheens doesn't believe it spells the end of Civoniceva's international career as he wants to play next year.
