Romania has beaten Uruguay 39-12 in Bucharest to clinch the 20th and final place at the next year's Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
Romania scored five tries after holding Romania, who had qualified for all seven prior World Cups, to a 21-21 draw in the first leg of the repechage in Montevideo two weeks ago.
Romania go into Group B at the World Cup with 2003 champions England, Argentina, Scotland and Georgia.
