The former Pakistan cricket captain Inzamam-ul-Haq believes Pakistan's World Cup chances have been hampered by the board's delay in naming a skipper for the tournament.

Pakistan's most capped player says the captaincy issue has created two camps within the squad, led by the one day skipper Shahid Afridi and the test captain Misbah-ul-Haq, and its unsettling for the players, not knowing who will lead them little more than three weeks out from the start of a major event.
