About 60 policemen on duty at the Cricket World Cup in Dhaka were taken to hospital overnight after eating contaminated food.
The security chief for the local organising committee says the policemen started vomiting shortly after eating the food, and those affected included more than a dozen members of the elite security force.
The food supplier was taken into custody.
Pakistan and the West Indies meet in the first World Cup quarter-final later today in Dhaka.
