Blatter holds no grudges

The re-elected head of football's governing body FIFA says there'll be no repercussions for the likes of the England Football Association for not supporting him and seeking to have the presidential vote delayed.

The 75 year old Swiss has run FIFA since 1998 and shrugged off the scandals that have beset the sport to secure another four years in charge.

Amid the cash for votes scandal surrounding the awarding of the 2022 world cup to Qatar, the English FA had suggested delaying the vote but was knocked back with Blatter receiving 186 out of the 203 votes cast

Sepp Blatter has also announced a revamp of the voting process for future world cups with each of the 208 member countries now getting a vote.
