The Zimbabwe captain Brendan Taylor and the captain of English county side Surrey, Rory Hamilton-Brown, will play for Wellington in the domestic Twenty20 competition.

The pair will join Sri Lankan spin bowler Muttiah Muralidharan as the side's international players during the competition.

Taylor will play the full HRV Cup campaign, while Muralidharan will play the first five games, starting December 18th against Auckland and Hamilton-Brown will join the team for the remainder of the campaign.

Taylor was recently in good form against New Zealand in Zimbabwe, scoring scoring two one day international centuries and a Test century.
