Thunder first NBA team to win three games in three nights

The American basketball side, the Oklahoma City Thunder, has become the first NBA team to win three games on consecutive nights this season by beating the San Antonio Spurs 108-96.

The Thunder were able to coast to the finish after outscoring the Spurs 37-21 in the third.

Meanwhile Portland has overcome a slow start to beat Cleveland 98-78, Orlando beat Sacramento 104-97 while in Los Angeles, Kobe Bryant scored 26 points as Los Angeles struggled past Memphis 90-82 to notch its sixth consecutive home win.

Phoenix have routed weary Milwaukee 109-93, while Minnesota has defeated winless Washington 93-72.
