White Ferns final 20/20 games take on trial feel

6:36 am on 1 February 2012

With the series already lost the New Zealand women's cricket team's two final Twenty/20 internationals against Australia could take on an experimental feel.

Australia dominated the first three matches of the series against the White Ferns at North Sydney Oval earlier this month, taking an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-game tournament.

And while the hosts will be keen to continue their dominance when game four is played at ANZ Stadium as a curtain-raiser to the men's T20 between Australia and India, captain Jodie Fields hinted there could be changes made for today's match.

The White Ferns are also keen to mix things up after what they described as their worst ever results in Australia.

Today's match gets underway at 4:05pm.
