The Hurricanes midfielder Conrad Smith will face on old foe in an unfamiliar position this weekend with Springbok winger Bryan Habana to play at centre for the Stormers in their Super Rugby clash in Cape Town.
Smith will captain the Wellington based side in their season opener at Newlands, despite reservations over his fitness having returned to training just two weeks ago.
The All Black centre gives away raw speed to the fleet footed Habana and while conceding he's not quite at full pace, Smith is looking forward to a new challenge.
The full Hurricanes line-up will be named on Friday.
