The Maori Language Commission has announced the finalists for the Maori Language Awards.
The 15 categories of awards acknowledge the efforts of individuals, groups, communities, businesses and government departments to promote te reo.
Among the 30 finalists this year are: Rotorua District Library, Language Keyboards Microsoft New Zealand Limited, Kerikeri High School and Hauraki Maori Trust Board.
The winners will be announced on 16 November.
