Voting closes on Thursday for kaumatua-kuia and urban representatives on Ngapuhi negotiatiating body Tuhoronuku.
Votes for hapu kaikorero will also need to be in by Monday.
One kaumatua, one kuia and four urban representatives for Central/West Auckland, South Auckland, Wellington and the South Island will be selected.
The successful candidates will take up positions on the Tuhoronuku Independent Mandated Authority, to negotiate the Northland tribes settlement with the Crown.
