A Northland iwi radio station whose building was destroyed in a blaze has found a temporary home.
Last Monday, about 20 firefighters were called to the Tautoko FM building in Mangamuka.
More than $1 million worth of broadcasting equipment and buildings were destroyed in the fire.
Tautoko FM is broadcasting out of a local cafe, while plans for a new station are underway.
It is the tribal radio station for the country's largest iwi of Ngāpuhi and was the first iwi station in Te Tai Tokerau, broadcasting since 1988.
