Outspoken: Suzana Harris

7:15 am on 5 September 2015

Outspoken is a video series about real people who care about real issues.

Suzana Harris has had an amazing journey through the extremes of severe mental health, including numerous hospital stays.

Now involved in advocacy work, she says that better mental health starts with simply being kind to one another.

“Take the time to get to know someone and to believe in that person.”
