A Queensland man has been charged with the murder of a New Zealander, Tony Williams.
Mr Williams, who was 38, was found bludgeoned to death in his apartment on the Gold Coast just before Christmas.
Police in Queensland say a 24-year-old man was arrested and charged on Thursday in Port Macquarie, New South Wales, and his extradition to Queensland will be sought.
