A Red Cross worker in Indonesia says it is possible more people may die from shock as a result of Wednesday's earthquakes.

Three people have since died from heart attacks and two others from shock in the province of Aceh following the magnitude 8.6 quake off northern Sumatra.

There have been at least 34 aftershocks, one of which was magnitude 8.2.

Philip Charlesworth told Morning Report that others will need help to deal with the reminder of the tsunami on 26 December in 2004, when an estimated 70,000 people were killed there.
