The first of the Utoeya massacre survivors to take the stand in Norway has recalled how the mass killer Anders Breivik whooped with joy as he fired off round after round at young people on the island.
The organiser of the Labour Party youth camp told the court she heard Breivik's ecstatic cries as bodies tumbled past her hiding place last July.
