Customs agents in American Samoa have intercepted more than $US1 million worth of methamphetamine and marijuana mailed to a post office box there.
More than 5kg of methamphhetamine and 12 bundles of dried marijuana leaves were found secreted in the bottom of a box.
A man who went to the Post Office to collect the box was arrested on Friday. He is due to appear in court on Tuesday.
