A Canadian porn actor suspected of killing his boyfriend, dismembering the body and posting a video of the act on the internet, has appeared before a judge in Germany.
Prosecutors say he told the judge he will not fight his extradition from Germany.
Luka Rocco Magnotta, 29, appeared in court in Berlin on Tuesday.
Canada is preparing papers to request his extradition.
He was detained at 2pm on Monday in an internet cafe in Berlin after an employee recognised his face from a newspaper. CNN says he was reading articles about himself online.
Police say he did not resist arrest.
Magnotta is suspected of killing Chinese student Jun Lin, 33, in Montreal and posting severed body parts to political parties.
