A Myanmar student leader, who was sentenced to death in his absence, has returned to Myanmar on Saturday.
Moe Thee Zun was cheered by supporters at Rangoon airport.
He headed student protests that were crushed by the military in 1988.
Several dissident leaders have returned since Burma removed 2082 people from a blacklist on Thursday.
The move is the latest reformist step taken by the new government of President Thein Sein.
Moe Thee Zun said he decided to return to discuss national reconciliation. He said he hoped to hold talks with the government in the coming days.
