Four civilians and two policemen were killed in two roadside bombings in southern Afghanistan on Monday.

One of the bombings happened in Helmand province, and the other in Uruzgan province.

The second incident took place in the outskirts of Trinkot city, the provincial capital.

Nobody has claimed responsibility.

A United Nations report last week said at least 868 civilians were killed last year by roadside bombs.
